Using an 800-year-old Chinese tea style, FRESHOOLONGSTORE in 2010 re-created Ping Shui Ri Zhu. This rare Green Tea uses the ancient production methods of steam to stop the fermentation and pan-firing to finish the leaves. The tea has a beautiful soft green liquid and a fragrance reminiscent of spring meadow flowers with a naturally sweet, lingering fresh finish.
